Show the stock item description instead of the item name in the Ledger Vouchers report. Just turn on one option in F12 configuration.

Download the TDL and extract the zip file.
Open Tally Prime and go to Gateway of Tally.
Press Ctrl+Alt+T, then press F4 (Manage Local TDL).
Set Load TDL Files on Startup to Yes.
Enter the TDL file path, for example E:\TDL\file.tdl, and save.
Open Ledger Vouchers, press F12 and set Show Description as Item Name to Yes.
